Well, I think it would have to be Elvis Presley.

Ricky was my second.  I'm showing my age, too.  Had pictures of him in my notebooks.

Elvis is #1 and I loved Pat Boone too. Love Letters in the Sand was my favorite song of his. You can tell what era I grew up in.

You all swooned over singers, but I had crushes on cute men on TV, especially Richard Chamberlain as Dr. Kildare (yep, I know, he came out later in life), and David McCallum as Illya Kuryakin on Man from U.N.C.L.E.

Nice to have these questions returning for 2019, Tracey.  Always fun to read the responses.  Thanks!

I would have to say Charlton Heston, now that's going way back. The Ten Commandents.
I remember going with my mother and father. I thought he was rather dashing.

Yes to both.  Use to ice skate on lake in South Dakota when I was little.  roller skate on the street when I was a young kid and then as a teen went to roller rink on Friday or Saturday nights.

When I was between 11 and 13, my 3 sisters and I would go to the roller skating rink every Friday night!! That was SUCH fun. We all had a blast skating with our friends. Then when I was in my last 2 yrs of High School, I lived in Redondo Beach, which is near Los Angles. There is a cement walk way allllll along the beach, for miles, and I used to roller skate on that as much as I could. Every weekend, during the summer/vacations, after school... or when I was supposed to be in school  LOL... Hmm, I wonder now if thats why arthritis is effecting my hips .... I have ice skated too, when I was very young I remember learning how to on a pond with my Grandma, mom and sisters. But I never ice skated much, a few times when I was in my teens maybe.

Keep a smile in your heart :) Dorian

Yes, to both. Started out roller skating in the alley and sidewalks, started going to the roller rink when I was in 8th grade.  My dad lived near Memorial Stadium in Baltimore and they had an outdoor ice rink in the winter months.  Spent many Friday and Saturday nights on the ice.  My kids learned to roller skate at the local rec center and my son played roller hockey when we had a local rink.

The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing.

My earliest memory is at the roller rink. Mom and Dad met there and went weekly after marriage. It was a big social activity thru high school. My first date with my now hubby we went ice skating. Dad stopped me on the way out of the house because I was wearing a pant suit. “No daughter of mine leaves the house in pants!” So I changed into a mini skirt. I could hold onto the hem with my fingers but Dad was happier. I took ice skating as a PE credit in college. Makes you work harder when you get a grade!
