Nancy, I just gave up for lack of another idea and just went with Save The Bees as in the pattern. Letters ready to place.

I should have posted this a couple of weeks ago.  This is the March BOM done, as usual, in flannel and wool.  I am not working on the May block yet as the wool banner swap got in the way.

Love the red block, Marian.

Letters fused down on Save the Bees and Fancy Forest laid out in rows ready to make the top. DGD helped lay it out. Said she's ready for her quilt. She's been waiting a while for it.

I can't wait to see all these BOMs come together!

I'm getting back to work on mine starting tonight.

Good Morning!  We have progress on our Blocks of the Month!   Keep going on these!

So, I have a confession - I let April totally get away from me for our finished Block drawing!!  I did not draw!

April BOM:  Globug finished 6 Meet me in the Meadow, and Nancy finished 3 Wool BOM.  Gloria won for April!!   Glo be watching for a goodie!!

May  BOM:  Nancy and Marion both finished a block for May.  And Nancy won!  There will be surprise in your mailbox soon!

Bonita is fusing letters on her Save the Bees and is laying out blocks in her Fancy Forest.  Sharon is working on Applique stems on her BOM.   Don't stop!  Keep working on those blocks and layouts

OK, I now am caught up with April BOM challenge.  I have all stems top stitched on ((eight blocks)) and all leaf, flower, flower centers and berries traced, cut out and fused to the above blocks.  Now have to zig zag around those pieces and I can move on to May BOM step, making piano key borders!!  Hope to be able to stay with this, but at least I have all applique work ready to stitch on.

Go Sharon!  Post a picture when you get your applique all done!

I cut out 3 sets at work the other morning.  2 of them only had 1 block.  Woot!!!

I have rearranged the chart and it should help us keep better track.  Remember to post pictures as you get your steps done!

What??    2019 must be my lucky year!  I've never won contests in the past, so this is a new experience for me.

I'm working on my June block as we speak...
