That is so pretty, Glo!  Glad to hear you're feeling better and back in your sewing room.

Marion, glad you like them. I love grunge and thought you would like those.

Gloria, your top is beautiful! I will get it marked on the chart as a top. Can't wait to see it quilted! I am so glad you are feeling better. Bit is no fun to be so sick.

Keep on sewing everyone. The year is not over yet!

Marian, you are doing such a nice job making progress with your blocks.  I vow I will have my September block finished by the 30th!

Thanks Nancy. My once a month all day sew-ins really help. I'm held prisoner until a couple of blocks are finished!

Way to Go Marion!!    Keep on Going Nancy!  And yes, I need to get it into gear.  I will get one set donebefore September 30th!

We have 2 completed quilts so far - 2 tops that are close to being quilted,  will we have a couple more before the end of the year??  Anything is possible!!

 - and so what did I do at quilt group last week?    What did you say????  Yes, i did sign up for ANOTHER  block of the month!  Not only that, but a Book of the Month that goes with it - and you can buy a pattern that is featured in each book (Patricia Griffin - designed the BOM and writes the books)  And the books are historic Scottish romances.   - Stick a Fork in me, I'm done

Thanks for the tip on the books Sheila. I'm always looking for a new Quilt/Irish/Scottish series. I just ordered the first book from the library. I'll take a look.
