Finished quilting the JP and have half the binding done. Getting late and it's been a long day so I'll finish the rest of the binding tomorrow.

i FINALLY had a day where I could work on quilting projects.  Pulled out my window frame wall hanging, took a "before" picture and then started quilting on it.  Have a ways to go, but manuvering it through my machine did a number on my arm so I'm giving it a rest.

The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing.

Its been forever since I have participated in anything with QATW, can you give me a quick break down of how this UFO works,  Feeling like it might be the motivation I can use.

Thanks

HI Julie :) Welcome!  All you need to do is make a numbered list of UFOs you want to make progress on under the Official 2018 UFO Challenge.  Then each month I post what numberto work on for that month.  However, you are not required to work on the number picked, you can choose another item from your posted list.  Give an idea where you are in the quilt process in the beginning and then at the end of the month, pics are awesome to share as well.

I have my August UFO (#4) quilted and trimmed.  Ready for binding, which I have made.  Tomorrow will be a finish.  I'm liking my two sided quilt!

I am happy to state that all the pieces for my dog block are done, and laid out.  Now, hopefully tonight (not likely) or tomorrow I can get them into a block!  So ready to make a top!

My next project for the month is the fish wall hanging for the LQS challenge. Needs sandwiching and all the next steps after that.

My August UFO is finished!  52 x 68.  Top picture is the back of the quilt, Autumn Joy, and the bottom pic is the front, She Who Sews (Christmas).  Not sure yet what next project will be, but think it will be a Machine Embroidery design, Boots and Bandanas from Lunch Box Quilts.

EDIT to read that I will begin work on the Boots and Bandanas quilt.  This will be ongoing for awhile so will work on it when I can.

Sharon - Love your "She who Sews" quilt and that is a great use of the Autumn Joy panel.  Your fabric choices for Autumn Joy really sets it off.

I have been trying to work on great grandkids quilts that were due last Christmas  to match their pillows I had given them during the summer.  Have two tops done and four more to go!  They gotta get done. Time to hit the sewing room!

So happy, I was thrilled that I got a row sewn for my Farm quilt, got home from work and got the other 4 rows sewn.  I still need to press and trim but happy they are in rows :D

i have a finish! I'm so excited. It's called Shiloh, and I bought the pattern ages ago. It's from Bonnie Blue quilt. I probably never would have pulled it out if not for this challenge!

Better photos coming.

LaDawn, Shiloh is so lovely.  Your fabrics are made for that quilt, and your quilt is made for the fabrics!  Just perfect.

Chelle, love your farm quilt. Coming from a farming family the first thing that caught my eye was the tractor.  Good work.
