Bonita, that BearPaw quilt is awesome.  That could hang in my house anytime you want to send it   That sky color is so vibrant and beautiful,,,and your quilting is fantastic.  Super awesome.

Thanks for the compliment on my Carpenter Star.

Ok, going to go through today and see what updates I need to make on the chart.  Sorry I haven't been doing a good job of it this month... was focused on my cat and her recovery.

I finished my Memory Quilt!  Made the binding and sewed it on the front on Saturday and finished machine sewing it yesterday.   What a relief to have it done!  Picture is in the Completed in 2018 thread.

I've put a few blocks together in both of my official ufos for this month.

I've also layered my small bookcase and it's about half quilted and I finished a top for my unofficial stepmother.

I found the purple and gold quilt, will be putting binding on it. Hoping to finish denim quilt as well, needs label and tying. It’s a camper quilt for daughters friend. I ripped out the quilting on Teague’s quilt and that is next in the que.

The small bookcase is fully quilted! It just needs to be bound, but I have to finish my swap first

Once again this month I waited to almost the last minute. I worked on this month's ufo today and got it all quilted and bound. It looks a bit crooked in the pic but it's actually square. I don't remeber when I made the top but it was awhile back. There are a few seams that don't line up but that's okay.

I don't have a finish to report. However after changing gears I have two tops completely pieced with my Posy blocks. One is approx 40" square, wheelchair or small lap quilt, and the other one is approx 40 x 50", a small lap quilt. Now I'm on to piecing backs for these as well as blocks to use up a lot of the setting triangles I had cut for the original plan. I can foresee a Pinwheel lap quilt in the future with the constant fabric in them. This one project could keep me busy all of 2018.

Well I didn't get any further on my May project since my last update, but at least I made some progress.  One block is fused down.

I haven't finished the t shirt quilt, but it is getting close. I have the top done in three sections and the backs to go with two sections. I just have to finish that one backing section and then I will baste and quilt the sections separately.

I was hoping to have it done by June 14, and I may still be able to make that goal now that I am done with the Round Robin!

Six of the center blocks completed.  Quilt described as "challenging", that it is.  Will work on it later.  Moving on...

Its been a crazy month for me, but I did manage to get the second Turtle Baptismal top sewn.   I originally only wanted to do one, but since I didn't use all the accent fabrics I picked out in the first one, and I had plenty of turtle fabric left, I thought I would go ahead and make a second with the different color accents.   So, TA-DA!

I already had the fabric to back both turtle quilts and I picked up batting for both from the stash at church.   Hopefully I'll get some quilting started next month.

Hi, ladies.  Nice work you all did.

I got called back to work out of town.  Spent two weeks in my horse trailer without electricity so didn't get a lot of sewing done.

Better luck this next month, I think.

I finished the pirate quilt - a day late, but it is finished.  Will post a picture soon.

The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing.
