Well, it will be starting soon, but it will only last for 18 days.  During the summer, they are now there for 100 days, though they started out at 75.

They have listed who will be there:

Omarosa Manigault

Shannon Elizabeth

Brandi Glanville

Metta World Peace

James Maslow

Ariadna Guitierrez

Chuck Liddell

Keshia Knight Pulliam

Mark McGrath

Ross Mathews

Marissa Janet Winokur

Not sure how many of them I know, I really don't like Omarosa, but I guess I will know the others soon.  I'm planning to watch starting Feb 7th

Anyone else?

I will be watching... at least I plan to lol.  Chuck Lidell is part of the Kajukenbo Ohana.  Based on names I recognize him, Brandi and Omarosa.  By looking up photos I recognize Shannon, Mark and Marissa.  I should set it up to record.

Anyone watching the Amazing Race?

Cody and Jessica from last summer's BB are on there. They are actually doing pretty well..

Karen, I groaned when I saw that they were going to be racing, but it seems like someone hit a switch and Cody turned into a real human being. LOL

As to Big brother I will be watching if for no other reason to see how long Omarosa lasts.

I'm watching The Amazing Race (TAR).  At first I groaned when I learned that Jessica and Cody would be a team but overtime, I've come to warm up to them as a couple.  Cody has done an about face and does show a human side.

As for Celebrity Big Brother, I just learned that it will be shown opposite the Winter Olympics.  I am still very curious about how the celebrities will play the game.  Adding Omarosa to the mix is intriguing.  You either love her or don't love her.  I'll probably watch . . . it's like a train wreck...you just can't turn away, lol!

It's so true about Cody, he does seem smarter, and more human now. I'm sure she's good for him. It sounds like there is some shady behavior coming up though, which isn't surprising....

Also true about the train wreck! Lol

18 days ?  Doesn't seem like enough time to 'feel' like big brother..   Confession.. I know none of those people except Omarosa and I'm not a fan of her.

I will watch it for sure..  can't not watch.  hahahaa

Amazing race has been a good show so far.

Um I have avoided checking in because I didnt get to watch the episodes and I come and see no one is talking?  What does everyone think so far?  Anyone watching the BB after dark?  Watching it now, they are responding to twitter questions.

I still don't have BB after dark, but we are watching.

It's been interesting, they are moving things along pretty quickly. I was surprised, and yes, a little disappointed
to see that Omarosa was safe for a week, considering that is almost half of the total time they are there. However, she and Keisha are now alienating themselves from their alliance..

Better catch up Chelle, they are on quite often. Let me know what you find out on BB after dark!

Anyone else?

I started to watch but I kept getting interruped. Will have to catch it on demand.

Of course it's just my opinion, but I think Omarosa may have exagerated her symptoms a bit to get out of the competition that she didn't want to participate in.

Also, can someone tell me why Brandi is calling Shannon coconut oil head?

I record BB after dark but this time I keep deleting the shows or only watch a bit and then deleting them.  Not crazy about this bunch...  Not sure if it's just me or if they are rushing all this to the point I can't pull for any of them.

Seems one gal is going home this week and she was most likely the best player there...   As always.. it's all fun when you're not at the bottom of the totem pole.

I watched 2 episodes and then got swallowed up by the Winter Olympics, so I haven't watched BB since.

I am reading posts from a website I belong to that discusses in depth what's going on, so I have some idea of what I've been missing.

On a side note, I'm SO looking forward to Survivor "Ghost Island"!!!

Me too, Gloria. I'm with GG I don't really care much about this group. No one stands out and says "pick me" to root for.

I'm enjoying it, although I am certainly looking forward to Ghost Island as well, I'm happy that it starts so soon!

If anyone is still watching, I feel bad for Shannon, as I really do like her, and I think she is loyal.  I understand that she is a great player, and that is why they would want her out, but I still don't like what is going on..

Just sayin...

I so agree Karen!!

I'm of course going to watch Ghost Island but I've gotten LOST to what the name means or the theme.  Does anyone know by chance ??

My guess about the title is that it has something to do with mistakes of past players?

No idea if I have any real clue, however....

Didn’t watch B.B. olympics got my attention. I too can not wait for Ghost Island. GG as I understand it, Ghost Island stands for all the big mistakes that past players have made. Should be interesting.

I'm happy with the winner of BB as well, and looking forward to Survivor starting on Wednesday.

I will start a new thread for our "Survivor talk"
