That looks complicated, Eli. Is it paper-pieced? Pretty!

Great job on your first Bonnie Hunter block, Wendy!

It is indeed.  The number of different sized pieces would be kind of insane, even for me, lol

Spent some time tonight on piecing the back for the # 11 quilt. Using leftover layer cake and 10 inch blocks from a long ago swap.

I found some fun blocks in my bonus UFO box. When I was a member here previously I watched everyone swap these blocks. At the time my blocks weren't swap worthy (I was working on my 1/4" seam) but I loved the block and decided to make some for myself. I squared up the blocks so that the center square was a bit off center. I like the way it turned out.  It was a pretty gloomy day today. I'm hoping the sun will pop out a bit more tomorrow.

This is my number 9, I started cutting blocks this morning and got 40 made.  Hoping to get it finished soon but I need my book at my other house for layout and block counts.  At least I'm making progress, too much snow to do much of anything.

I got the backing pieced this morning and sandwiched and pin basted this afternoon. Ready to quilt tomorrow. That makes 3 quilts ready for quilting. Need to get them done and out of here.

Robin, that is a sweet quilt!  Good for you sticking with it and certainly is a beauty.

Mona,  those blocks are sew pretty.  How many more do you have to make to complete the quilt?

Candis, its for my youngest son and his fiance.  They requested the colors, I didn't have enough of any one purple so trying to make it scrappy.  Takes more concentration to match up the colors though and takes alot longer than just strip piecing it.

Sharon, I think I will need 40 more, thats a full bed and they have a queen.  They also want pillow shams.
