Sharon, you sound like someone on a food diet. Good Luck in using some of your wonderful stash.

LOL, Agnes!  I actually was typing that in a "tongue in cheek" way, but it does sound like I'm "hungry"..  I actually have decided to embrace the challenge and I am finding all kinds of fun and free patterns on the internet (Craftsy has lots of them) to use my stash on and I am right now going out to my sewing room and will finally make a list of 12 UFOs for this year, as well as take pics of my stash.  I have a tumbler block quilt in the works on my cutting table, but will get the list and the pics done first.

Just found out what our 2018 projects are from my LQG. 12 1/2" BOM - block of your choice with assigned colors. Red & white for Feb. I have fabric - looking for a couple of interesting blocks.

Getting ready for my 2nd quilt class on my new sewing machine. Teaching FMQ. Something I want to work on this year. Practice...practice...practice....

Making variations of this block in Blue and Whitish - trying to do a couple a month and then put it all together later in the year.

Sewed a quilt top yesterday and finished piecing 3 wall hangings.
I took the pictures with my iPad, so they are grainy and upside down. I haven't figured out how to fix thathttp://www.quiltingaroun...?aid=11391&pid=85491

Now I need to figure out how I want to quilt them.

I was so proud of myself yesterday....till I realized that I miscalculated when I bought the white tone on tone fabric last weekheadbutt eh headbutt
So here I sit short anout t inches. Called the quilt shop where I bought it. They still had a bout a yard left so I’ll be heading over Wednesday to pick it up. In the meantime, I’ll finish the rows I have and get going on baby quilt 1

Today I'm going to start sewing my tumbler blocks together for the Charming Pachyderms baby quilt.  Hoping to get them sewn into rows at least.

I am binding a quilt given to me by a loving friend, its for my aunt, her cancer has returned and she's not handling treatments quite as well this time.  Will wash as soon as its done and get sent tomorrow to her.

I am getting my blocks ready to take a free motion quilting class next week and have discovered why my stash is so big.I hate to cut it up into blocks that are for practising on.Silly I know but I love each piece too much to waste it on a learning curve.I seriously need a quilting psychiatrist lol, someone who would kind of understand the attachment but talk me into letting go..hopeless ..sigh..

Mona I am so sorry about your Aunt. Prayers. Watching football and playing around trying to decide what to work on. Sometimes I just can’t get focused!

Spent this morning sewing scraps to some used Color Catcher sheets. Hmm, maybe that can be on my UFO list?

Right now I'm researching eggplant Parmesean recipes for dinner. Anyone have an easy favorite?

Deanne, I have used this recipe several times, tho I rarely make the sauce from scratch. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/223359/eggplant-parmesan-with-easy-homemade-sauce/

Mona, sorry to hear about your aunt.  hugs

Mona, I'm sorry to head about your aunt.  I'll hold her in my thoughts and prayers as she goes through this bout of cancer treatments.

Darlene/2manyhorses...I completely understand your sentiments about your fabric stash.  I hope you can find your answer.

As for me, I continue to work away on Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilt clues.  I've been listening to books on CD's while I sew and it gives me delight knowing I'm killing two birds with one stone as they say.

After reading crzyquilter's post...I'm hungry, lol!

My sewing room looks like a bomb went off in there...yikes.

My plan this week is to alternate my free time between cleaning and sewing. Cleaning my sewing room that is, the rest of the house can wait  actually it looks pretty decent since we've had family visiting. But the wedding and receptions are done and it's time to get back to some regular sewing time.
