Yikes, November already

Are you ready to work on a new UFO project?

The November number I drew is #2

Also if you are feeling ambitious and want a second number, I drew #21

What will you work on this month? One of these numbers or another project on your list, perhaps something you need to finish up for a gift this Christmas?

Looking forward to seeing your yummy projects

Jacy

I don't have batting or backing for quilt #2 so I'm subbing in these stockings that I never finished last year or the year before. It will be nice to have them finished before Christmas this year.

2 is my anniversary quilt, which I'm quite happy to work on. :) I'll also work on Jamie's quilt (2 sections left) and I should dig out Becky's diamonds.

I knew this month would be the one I so want to finish...all my mini Jo Morton quilts.  Well they'll just have to wait until I get another larger quilt finished.  I don't know IF I'll even have time for this as I still have lots to do on the big quilt and it's promised by the end of November.  We shall see....

#7 Baby quilt yellow and grey – yes, it will look just like the pink and grey baby quilt I made in October – I’m sorry – I find a pattern, and then make a bunch of quilts before I can move on.

And a Quilts for Kids quilt – my second one for Quilts for Kids. They sent me this super cute fabric. How did they know I am a nurse? I must have it in the mail by early Dec.

Hey Hey!!!

My #2, (both of them!) Were baby quilts, and both have been completed over the year and gifted.

My #21 is the teacher gift I wanted to make, the heart, which was recently gifted.

So Jacy, you happened to choose the very projects I actually finished! dance

I will work on my #1, which is the cat quilt (now a top) I intend to diligently work on and gift by mid month. If that happens, I will work on glamper placemats and coasters for DD. I will add those to my list and make changes at that point. I guess I should have changed my chart, but at this point, I'm glad I didn't! It makes me feel like I have had a successful year! dance

Thanks Jackie

My number two is my Civil War Ohio Star. This is probably my oldest UFO. All the stars are done, I just need to cut alternating blocks and then sew the rows together. I really want to work on it, but....
I'm STILL working on the boot quilt, and I have a bunch of Christmas gifts to make.

aww, adorable!!

Verla I like that quilt and I know your stitching will be beautiful as always :)

My back is arguing with me, but I am making progress on getting the border log cabins made.  Would LOVE to have this ready to sandwich by the time my MIL and SILs get here, they would be willing to help pin it :)

My #2 is a summer block swap from about three years ago.  I have 13 squares, so will choose 12 and make up a lap quilt.

My #21 is "diamonds", but I can't find any diamond blocks or half-done quilt with diamonds, so that's a mystery to me!  I'm subbing three table runners -- Triangle Frenzy and Spicey Spiral.  I have those listed as #s 24, 25, & 26 on my list.

I'll be back with pics in a bit.  Have to move the cat off the bed so I can lay the blocks out.

I didn't get the cat completely off the bed, but good enough. Here are the summer quilt blocks:

And the three table runners.  The strips for the Spicy Spiral are cut, the fabric pulled and template made for the Triangle Frenzy.
