Yell  Well, as I looked at it today I am glad that I actually did not get this sandwiched yesterday, I need to fix a few areas, like putting stems on the flowers LOL

I had bought some batting at Walmart as it's what was near me, unfortunately 1. Its extra loft and 2. The thickness of the batting is not consistant, will use it for much smaller projects.

Chelle - your "In the Garden" turned out great.  I love your backing.  I have some Osnaburg that I think I will use...,....whenever!  Super job!

Love it Chelle

Not sure how I missed your post above with your finish. I was trying to find a quilting idea and struck out. Sorry so no picture. What I had thought of was just a back and forth. I will continue to look and if I find it I will post here

I haven't got that far yet, but on my wooley baskets quilt i just did small quilting on the background to make the wool applique more dimensional. There are some bigger pieces here though, so there will have to be some quilting on the wool, I think I will probably just outline shapes so the quilting doesn't distract from the wool.

Spent some time at the Winthrop Retreat working on my Block #5 - the center block for this wallhanging.  Lots of stitching still to do, but at least I'm making progress!

Got mine out today. Playing around with layouts, sashing or no sashing

I'd like to finish this up so I can hang it and enjoy it.
