Please feel free to post requests here for prayers of Healing & Strength

Whatever you do, you need courage.

Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong.

There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right.

To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a  soldier needs.

Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hi Ladies,

My honey is having heart surgery tomorrow.  He is having a valve replaced. Can you all say a prayer that all goes well, please.

Keep a smile in your heart :) Dorian

Of course.  Praying for him, the doctors & nurses and for a full recovery.  And especially for your peace of mind.

Dorian, Prayers for your DH, you and the surgeons.

Thank you for all your prayers for my brother, Glenn.  He is still in the hospital having problems and will probably be there for at least another 3 weeks.  Drs have decided not to do addition surgery at this time because of inflamation from previous surgeries.  Because of the inflamation they cannot determine exactly where the fistulas are starting.  I hear that is attitude is doing okay but hates the idea of being in the hospital for so long.  We are still praying that this situation heals itself and no further surgeries will be required.

If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.

Some of you know that my husband and I were expecting our second child.  Last week, I began some serious bleeding, and we discovered I had molar degeneration of the placenta.  The baby could not survive to term, and my life was in danger.  I had emergency surgery less than 24 hours later.

I'm no longer in physical pain, though I am weak from loss of blood.  I'd appreciate prayers for my continued healing, but mostly prayers for my angel baby in heaven.

There are no words that fully comfort the great loss of a child.  Many prayers for strength and wholeness for you and your family.

Oh Heather.  This is a heartbreaker, for sure!  Prayers for you for complete physical healing, prayers for you and your Hubby at this very difficult time, and prayers for the sweet baby whom God decided should be with him.    Prayers, too, for emotional healing.
