And it it DONE!!

Officially started 13 April 2013 and worked on it off and on until completed 2 November 2016.  A total of 929. Although to be fair didn't worked on every single day. It's about 96 x 79 largest quilt I've ever made.  Too big for my machine. Will give to the long-armer. Sure that's going to cost a "pretty penny".

But worth every penny! That's totally awesome. I love it more than the Dear Jane I started twice in different colors. Your houses are so much more interesting. Wow oh wow!

Wow!  Wonderful quilt!  Inspires me, too, to dig out the Widdle Houses again.  Great work.

Lorraine, youe quilt is totally amazing. All those tiny pieces! Just fantastic, and you must feel so relieved and proud that it is finished now and can go off for quilting.

Lorraine, let me add my congratulations on this AWESOME finish!!  It's beautiful and I'm truly impressed with your dedication to see it through over the past 3 years.  I know the quilting will be a pretty penny but ohhh, so worth it when you get it back and stitch on the binding.  Way to go Lorraine!!

Lorraine,  your quilt is gorgeous! So many little houses and all the memories associated with the fabric. I love that you clothespinned it to your gutters lol.

Lorraine your quilt amazes me--all those tiny houses.  Wonderful job!!  Everytime I find a new comment on this thread, I go to my widdle houses AGAIN.  Log Cabin has always been my favorite block, but these houses have gotten my attention.  They are so darn cute!

Well I guess it's needless to say, but I pulled out my second widdle house quilt I've been working with.  This pattern draws me back again and again.  Have you looked at the date when we first started this journey with these houses?

Would love to see more pictures.  How is your house construction going?  How many do your have completed?  How are you planning to set your quilt?  Happy Quilting

Lorraine that is just so special (and big!!). I forget about these until someone shows some, then I dig them out again. This is an excellent motivator! I just love how it looks.
