We enjoyed some dairy and some nuts over the weekend, and I had an adult beverage, but tomorrow back to cutting those out again.  Today we have an anniversary party/wedding reception (they got married at Disney so no party with friends) and don't know what they will serve.

Well, I'd better check in here as well!

I'm still plugging along, mostly favoring a mediterranian style of eating, and also doing too much cheating.. I seem to be easily maintaining my 10+ pound loss, but need to go for another 10.  It won't happen they way I have been baking with the kids and such...so need to get more devoted.

I am still getting in lots of exercise, and I'm sure that is helping.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Karen

I weighed in this morning and it seems my weight loss was 1.2 pounds for the retreat.  The snacks and treats looked great but I stuck with cheese and nuts for the most part.

I was tempted but stayed strong.    Now to stay strong 19 more days until the Memphis retreat starts.   I will have some cheat days then... but not for the first few days..

Non scale victory- while in chat I pulled out tote of shirts that I want to be able to wear again. I have a few that I can wear now and only 3-4 that I am not quite ready for. I also found a pair of brand new jeans in the bottom- so I tried them on and they fit (a little loose).

For the most part I don’t have many cravings for things I cut out. When I do, I find a little is all I need and then I’m over it :)
