I will give out the fabric requirements in December so you can be ready to go right after the first of the year.

OOPs, Sorry Glo.  I meant to comment on Jann's post about the fabric requirements.  That's OK, I'm happy to see your thumbs up!

I would certainly like to have a look-see. I've still got units from my last two mysteries lurking around waiting to come together.

I’m going to say yes, with a caveat—if Baby comes and needs extra-extra attention, I’ll be backing out!

Update:  I will be releasing the yardage and fabric requirements mid-December so everyone will be ready the first of the year.  Stay tuned.

GG, I'm not afraid either, but I don't have many fabrics where I have a lot of it...maybe a yard or two. Not many larger than two yards.  That might hurt me, unless I decide to do something where I combine fabrics.  Time will tell.

Thats always my problem too Sharon, I don't usually buy fabrics in sizes larger than 1 or 2 yrs. So many times I will combine same colored fabrics when a pattern calls for yardage more than I have.

I'm so excited though  I haven't done a mystery quilt in ...gosh at least 4 yrs!!

Keep a smile in your heart :) Dorian

Dorian...you're in for a treat because Jann really did a nice job with her mystery quilt last year.  There was so much discussion in her thread and her mystery brought so many of our members together for lots of fun!

This year I'm going to use my stash.  With all my more than a lifetime of stash of fabrics, I should be able to come up with yardage that will be required.  I am looking forward to mid-December!!

Yes, I suspect I will join in too. I had so much fun last time and the quilt I made is usually always on my son's bed.

EDIT from GloBug:  Here's a picture of Jasper (Cosmocat's son) trying to warm up under the 2017-18 QATW Mystery Quilt I had made.  This picture was taken in February 2018 when Cosmocat and Jasper were visiting Californina.
