Well, you didn't say we had to bend over to touch them, so I'm betting we all can......one way or the other ....

Exactly, Barb! I'm sitting in a chair and I can touch them just fine!

Too funny!  But yes, I can touch my toes but I am getting a little still. Need more exercise.

Yep, sure can.  Not too bad for an old chick!

The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing.

I have FB and check it a few times during the day.  QATW has a shell group over there that's main purpose is to route quilters to THIS forum.  Many of my friends share things that I enjoy reading.. Sadly I had to unfollow about a dozen friends due to thier political posts.  You don't have to agree with everyone but being rude and tacky gets old.  I am in a Bee Keeping group, a Wool group,  Local selling group and follow some chicken people.  It's pretty fun when folks are light and sharing.

Son has instagram and I did sign up but have yet to go there.   old dog / new tricks

I hang out here at qatw mostly..  the chat room is good because I can visit and sew at the same time.  I carry my laptop with me around the house so if I'm doing hand work on the couch or sewing at my machine, I can have chat open.   I don't sit staring at the screen .. I sew a bit then glance over to see if anyone has come in or said something.  Lots of us go in and share during the day.  It's not a busy conversation that's hard to keep up with.  Everyone says "BRB" ( be right back ) during the times they are going to be distracted with something else... then they come back and catch up on what's been said.   I wish more members would pop in.  It's not painful or hard, I promise.

I don't have either.  I had FB for quite a while but got tired of all the negativity and then my account got hacked.

I have both but use Facebook the most.  My son installed "IG" (InstaGram) on my phone about 2 years ago and tried to teach me how to use it.  So far on IG, I've probably made a grand total of 3-4 posts because I still don't know what the heck I'm doing or how to truly post but somehow the ones I've tried to post did get on some way.

As for Facebook, I've been using it for many years.  I did have to "snooze" some family/friends over the political rants but I didn't unfriend them (yet).  I also support our Facebook QATW page to try to get FB members to come over to our forum.  And then lastly, I belong to some sewing and sewing machine interest groups, buying/selling groups and my town's FB page.

FB purely for the selling pages. I have like 3 'friends', my niece and her 2 daughters in Colorado.

I have both.  I don't post very often on Instagram but I liked to check and see what others have posted.  I am in some wool, quilting, buy sell groups on Facebook as well as keeping up with friends.  I spend most of my time here, reading the threads and in chat.

I opened a FB account purely to keep up with my sisters and Mom. They all live in different states and are not the more communitive type... at least not with me. So I don't post anything except for comments on my familys' posts. Although I am also in a homeschool group and quilting group, so I check out those posts a few times a week too. I don't have IG.

Keep a smile in your heart :) Dorian

I have Facebook only but think I have less than a dozen posts on my own page for five years. I read family posts and am in several crochet, craft, and quilting Facebook groups. Love seeing the photos and hints.

FB and instagram. I don’t stay very active on either. Instagram just to see pics of grands and a few groups I belong to. I don’t post. Fb only family and a few friends from here. I belong to our FB group and a Keto one, a wool one, and a OBW one, and young living essential oils.

I had to unfriend several for nasty political views too. One was my youngest brother. He got carried away!
