Thanks, Dorian.  I checked it out.  How did you get involved in writing a blog and getting included in a blog hop?

Quite a few years ago, I was involved in another quilt forum. I was making patterns of my own and testing  alot of patterns for the owner of the forum. I wanted another outlet to share my creativness with more people. I loved reading blogs, so I thought it would be fun to start my own. It's easy to start one up. So I was making blog posts and reading a lot of other blogs. I came acrossed Samm's blog and she was doing blog hops. She would ask who wanted to be involved with one, and she did a lot of work to get prizes to give out, etc. She was great at getting things all together and we all had a good time. Samm no longer does this, I dont even think she has a blog anymore. But a few of the Ladies that I did those blog hops with, have started doing them again. Carol has been having one every month or two, she asks who wants to sign up and you just sign up, make your project and then post it.

I am hoping, that as my youngest gets older, I can get back into blogging more. If you go back in my blog, to the beginning few years, you will see I blogged a lot. But I just don't have the energy anymore, I'm older now and having more medical issues. And my 6yr old keeps me pretty busy :)

Such wonderful finishes lately ladies, so inspiring.

Dorian - it's amazing what you can make with "leftover" HST's. Your quilt is beautiful and you have a great eye for color.

Sharon - spectacular! And huge! fantastic job and I cant decide which side I like better, they are both so good.

Bonita - your bear quilt is wonferful. How great to have it finished after some time. It looks perfect.

Keep up the great finishes everyone, and the photographs too. love them.

Thank you my favorite part of making a quilt is picking out the colors and seeing them come together.
