So many wonderful finishes. Tracy, love those, Christmas quilts. Sharon, your Bearpaw is awesome. Hoping to get the binding on mine today. Chelle, love your design. Judy, that is cute! Love those trucks! Annette, love your strings!

Nancy, they were 13 x17 each. I would count only one small finish. I would say it took about 8 hrs total for all 4. I have another that is 17 x 30 that I will be posting later today.

Sharon, you stitch the rows together, then stitch and flip. Has 3 different sizes. I will post the pattern when I get home. .

Just got this one out of the dryer, finished it last night.  50x66.  This is for one of Max's best friends, Lina.  She is an amazing young lady. :). I did doodle hearts for the quilting, the way a friend of mine and I would do it on paper back in the day.

Here's a finish for me!  It's a Star Wars themed quilt for my son-in-law, Greg.  The front is all cotton and the backing is black flannel.  I hand stitched the black binding onto the black flannel backing and working with black on black was very challenging for my eyeballs. I had to put on 1.50 readers and use a very bright light to see the black thread go through the black binding and then onto the black flannel backing.

I used a quilt pattern from the Quilter's Cache and the finished size is 60"x80".

The picture includes Harley trying out the quilt and giving me two wags up!!

Love, love, love seeing all these finishes!

Nancy, I love this thread and huge thanks to you for keeping up with the chart all year! I could only think of 3 finishes I had, then I checked the chart and saw I had 4, and realized I had 5 because there was one I hadn't listed!

I hope to be posting about another finish or two before the end of the year.

Glo, I love that. So pretty, I’m partial to black and whites!

Ok I had to shrink my photo, Its done, on its way to my DGD. It measures 52 by 62 ish. I put no batting, but it has a red and white fleece snowflake backing. Its just right for her to cuddle in.  did not spend alot of time on putting this one together. Just right though for the christmas quilt she asked for. Thanks to all that did the Swap. I still have some left to do another one.

Wow, two more awesome finishes.

Glo, that Star Wars quilt is wonderful.  I can only imagine the difficult time you had with that black on black issue.  I don't hand bind my quilts, just  use the serpentine stitch to machine sew them.  Your quilt is certain to be a big hit and treasured.

Candis, your stocking quilt is sew cute.  Your granddaughter is going to love it and it sure will be warm and cuddly with the fleece backing you put on it. Lots of love there.

I'm don't remember from whom I learned to stitch with navy thread on black and visa versa. I'm pretty sure it was from a quilting show in the past 25 years. Many times that little tip has saved me from the looney bin. The color blends in when done but there is just enough difference when stitching or rupping.

Love the stockings, Candis. I like using fleese for the back. You get the cozy but not the weight.

Wonderful Christmas stocking quilt, Candis! I wasn't in that swap, so I hadn't seen how cute the stockings were.

Great tip on sewing on black, Agnes. I struggle with that all the time.
