Praying that all of our quilting sisters, their homes, and their families are safe from these devastating fires and that the fires will be contained swiftly.

Let us know you are okay

I am always so glad when we finally get either a lot of rain or snow, that the fire season is finally over.  But it seems it is never over for those south of us.  So sorry for those of you experiencing this.

Devastating..and terrifying.  Prayers for those in the path of this horrible fire, those who have already lost their homes, and for those who are fighting yet another monster.  God bless all involved, in whatever way.

I know how scary it was for us when the fires were going in Napa Valley, while we have a bay between us we made sure Grandpa and Christian had go bags ready.  I hope our Southern CA friends keep us updated.  DH and I have some friends in the Los Angeles area that we keep checking in with.

My nephew and his wife and 2  babies are close to the fires in LA.  The smoke is heavy and hard on the breathing.  Prayers for the area everyday.
