I know I don't.  I need to go back to drinking a gallon a day.  Not only did it help me not feel hungry/help lose weight but my skin looked so much better and I felt much better.

As long as I'm breathin', there's no bad days.~ Alabama

I do not!  I am reminded by my rheumatologist that I MUST, but I really don't enjoy drinking water.  I am trying to "train" myself to drink more.

Water is my drink of choice but I get busy during the day and forget to stop and drink. I do better if I remember to take a water bottle with me.

Yes, it’s all I drink, except for sugar free chai tea every so often. I have a large bottle by me all the time I try to drink at least 3 liters a day.

After suffering a kidney stone 5 years ago which required surgery, I try to drink 3 to 4 litres a day. If I find I am having plain water fatigue, I add koolaid grape drops to it (sugar free)

I actually LIKE water, and drink quite a lot of it, straight from the tap.

I like water too and try to drink enough during the day.  I also drink unsweet homemade iced tea, so I think I'm getting enough...

The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing.

I have a hard time drinking enough water when it's cold out. But when the sun is warm/hot, yes, I drink a lot of it.

Usually, except when traveling, I drink more than 6 quarts of water a day.  I think that's plenty and it doesn't count other nonsweetened beverages that I might fancy.

For added flavor, I add crystalized lemon, unsweetened, to my water. I think I get enough, but who's to say?  I don't drink the quarts that some of you do.  Today, because I was snacking on fresh fruit, I didn't drink even my normal amount.  There's water in fruit afterall.

Yes. Water is the only liquid I drink and I have my water bottle with me most of the time.

I drink 80oz of water everyday, plus 10oz of warm water with half a lemon squeezed in first thing in the mornings before coffee😜
