Made 13 flowers so far for my Basket of Flowers.  May need to make more.  Making the flowers was fun, figuring out how to put them in the basket is another story.

Things just continue to be busy around here, why the other 6 people in this house have endless things going on that invlove me I do not know. I'm thinking I should become a most unreliable person and maybe they would figure out somethings themselves

I find 12 blocks that kind of go together. With sashing and a border that makes a kid or throw type quilt.

That's the clue, maybe I should just become the unreliable grandma and I wouldn't be getting all of these "Grandma, I need to be here at 11 from one and I need to be by 2 from the other.   Actually, right now I am on a hiatus, the 11 and 13 year old are down in Sacramento with their father, the 18 year old drives himself, and the 4 year old doesn't have anywhere to be except home with Dad, who can take him if he needs to be somewhere.  So there is just Miss Kaylee to draw on my time right now.  But, of course, the biggest drain on my time is DH who all of sudden can't seem to do anything without my help, LOL.  LOL, but it's not really funny.

I feel like I've made slow progress, I made a second block for moonglow and I quilted my bohemian applique quilt.  10 more days left in this month, I hope I can get a few more blocks made

Still working on my Winter Solstice and tonight is the Summer Solstice, only 3 more blocks in each color way to go.  My grandson is chomping at the bit.  I want to sash it and put in on point so I have to figure out how to determine the size of the edge pieces with the sashing.  And I still have to figure out how I'm going to sash them.  Those are the only things I've been working on since completing my Star Light/Star Bright quilt.  Would work on the Charming Stars but still need to find or piece backing for it.

I have not managed to find much in the way of sewing time this month. Not good. Need to make some progress soon. New goal is to have aqua chevrons into a top by the end of this week/month. That will be tricky, as this week I need to do major work at mom's house to get it on the market. I can hope.....
